information and a brief message. Your calls or emails will be returned within the day. (hint: Let Acoustic Haven call you

Shipping & Return Policy
Guitars must be paid for in full before shipping. Price quotes will include ground shipping charges. Please provide a zip
code with your inquiry to help estimate shipping fee and transit time. In most cases guitars will ship 1-2 business days
after receiving payment. You will be notified if a shipping delay is expected. (Example: please see Sales Tax & Payment
Method below.) Signature Receipt & Declared value will be included with the shipping services.
For new guitars only - After receiving the guitar you will have a 3 day period to get to know your new instrument in the
comfort of your own home before making a final decision. If not satisfied you may return the guitar for a refund. All sales
are considered final after the 3 day preview period so please remember contact Acoustic Haven with your final decision
before the trial period expires.
Returning guitars must use the original shipping box and packaging material and include Declared Value and Signature
Receipt services. The guitar must be returned in its original condition without finger nail dents, scratches, or other
damage to quality for a full refund. Please contact Acoustic Haven to ask for further details regarding return shipping
charges.
